About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies and a proven track record of effectively gathering, documenting, and prioritising business requirements. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

• Prioritise requirements based on business needs and technical feasibility.

• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

• Lead product demos and presentations for clients to showcase progress and gather feedback.

• Conduct and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

• Serve as a key liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.

• Excellent documentation and requirement-gathering skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for both client and team interactions.

• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively.

• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
